Project Overview


LIMS is a full-stack Laboratory Information Management System built for water quality testing laboratories. It manages the complete lifecycle of a water sample — from field collection and inward registration to parameter testing, report generation, re-test tracking, and dashboard analysis.

Water testing labs were relying on manual registers, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems to track samples, test values, instrument calibration, and geographic quality data. This made tracking difficult, slowed down reporting, increased the risk of data-entry mistakes, and limited visibility for administrators overseeing multiple labs and locations.

We built a centralized digital platform covering both chemical and bacteriological workflows, with dedicated registers for key water quality parameters such as pH, total dissolved solids, hardness, alkalinity, turbidity, fluoride, and chloride — alongside role-based dashboards, map-based analytics, and instrument/CRM calibration tracking.
